ATM Outage
Dear Members of Telhio Credit Union,
I
want to address the recent ATM outages that have affected our services and
share our plan to resolve these issues promptly.
We understand the inconvenience caused
by the ATM outages, and we sincerely apologize for any disruption this may have
caused to your banking experience. Our commitment to providing reliable and
efficient services remains our top priority.
Overview: The ATM outages are due to an immediate cessation of operations of our current ATM vendor. On Friday April 4th, the vendor suspended service on more than 1,000 ATMs, which unfortunately included Telhio's ATMs. This has resulted in significant service gaps for our members. Telhio has taken the following steps in order to better serve members:
- Termination of Contract with existing vendor: As there were signs of issue and continued service interruption, in February, Telhio terminated its contract with the existing vendor due to their inability to address the technical issues in a timely manner.
- Transition to a New ATM Vendor: We are in the process of transitioning to a new ATM vendor, which has demonstrated a strong commitment to service quality and reliability.
The new ATMs will offer stronger security measures and multiple cash denominations, providing a better and more secure banking experience for you, our members.
We appreciate your understanding and
patience as we work through these changes. Our goal is to ensure that our
members receive the highest level of service and support. If you have any
questions or need further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Thank you for your continued trust in Telhio Credit Union.
Sincerely,
Jessica Bing
Chief Operations Officer, Telhio Credit Union
